I noticed you're running with quite a bit of back-crown. 0.012" in 3ft is about a 1/32 in 5ft, which double the usual. As the back increases, you need more tilt on the top wheel. (Basically, your wheel is only one side of the usual tent-shaped top) This isn't normally an issue, but with near-flat wheels, the high point of the wheel surface will be at one edge. Since a band always tracks towards the high side, this could cause tracking problems. More wheel crown would help, but have you tried reducing the back-crown?
