Having a problem with tooth breakage in a 2" board edger. Right now we are fairly sure it is the tipping process. Using a Autotip #85 Armstrong tipper set at the 35 second cycle. Saws are .110 plate..21 inch..30 degree face..54 tooth.. the tips being used are .175W .240L .118Thick. The teeth are popping out in the half circle shape right under the chill line. Does anyone have a suggestion on a different setting that has worked for them with this thick plate? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
